Job description:
- Collate information on medical providers and facilities.
- Work closely with the program management team to align case management with client needs.
- Collaborate with medical, operational, and network counterparts across Assistance Centers.
- Attend meetings and monthly calls, including face-to-face interactions.
- Utilize various information sources to fulfill research requests.
- Provide insights and reports on operational activity drivers and process efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain high-quality information.
- Identify trends and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster ongoing internal and external relationships to enhance response rates and case management efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of English language at an excellent level
- Very good communication skills
- Registered Nursing qualification when applicable.
- Really good level of using MS Excel
