Job description
- Daily communication with clients in English
- Communication with medical facilities providing the necessary medical care around the world
- Responsibility for the completion and completeness of medical documentation, remedy in the case of incompleteness
- Providing support to clients in situations that require assistance
- Contacting and providing advice to insured clients
- Recording all information to the internal system according to the set processes, ensuring GDPR
- Be available for clients’ questions
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of English language at an excellent level
- University/secondary education in the health field
- Nurse qualification with proven experience
- Very good communication skills and empath
- Loyalty and willingness to help people in need
- Systematic, organized and positive approach to clients
