What will be your job description?

  • Communicating with clients from all over the world and the medical facilities that provide them with the healthcare they need
  • Providing information and organizational support to clients anywhere in the world to help them address their situation
  • Working in an internal system and recording all actions
  • Positive, empathetic and always positive approach to clients


  • Knowledge of English language at B2 level – written and spoken
  • Very good communication skills
  • Valid permit to work in the Czech Republic
  • Loyalty and willingness to help people in need
  • Experience in customer service, telephone and email contact with customers, clients e.g. call centre, shared service centre, service or technical support etc. would be appreciated.
  • Systematic, organised
  • Active listening and empathy
